Mission Statement
Unlike most American businesses, I do not believe in charging what the market will bear. I wish to provide a good service at a fair price. I am also very concerned about customer's privacy, satisfaction, and security. I have chosen PayPal to process charges to address these issues.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is paramount. That is why I store only the minimum info required to transact business. PayPal handles the charges, so I do not even have your sensitive information. For electronic tranfers I will only collect an email address. For items requiring physical shipment, I will of necessity also collect a physical address. This info will never be sold or shared with anyone.
Security Policy
Your security is paramount. PayPal handles the charges, so I never have, and therefore can never compromise, your sensitive information. PayPal handles millions of charges, and have the security to keep your information safe. So I have decided to let them handle the sensitive information and security, and free my time for better things.
Shipping
All electronic data will be made available to download. All physical items that require shipping will be processed as soon as possible and shipped by whichever carrier you prefer. You will be charged for all shipping costs, and a nominal handling fee.
